Giveaway!

Update:
Congrats to Richard H.of Winston Salem, NC, the winner of this menorah giveaway!

If you're reading this blog you obviously enjoy the Gary Rosenthal Collection's work, and if you're like most people, you enjoy getting something for free.  Therefore, to thank you for being fans, we've got a special menorah to give away today!  Not everything we make here ends up going into production, simply because we make way too many different pieces!  No need to just let those prototypes sit on the shelf though.

Here's a nice little menorah, perfect for a wedding gift.  It's not going to be put into productions so this one is truly one of a kind.

To win, simply leave a comment about what you think of the Gary Rosenthal Collection. Make sure to include your email so we can contact you if you win.

For some extra chances to win you can:
1.  "Like" of our facebook page
2.  Add your email to any of our newsletters
3.  Follow this blog through Google Friend Connect, Networked Blogs, or just add it to your RSS feed
4.  Share this post on Twitter
5.  Share this post of Facebook

Leave an additional comment here with each extra entry you complete.

The fine print:  Giveaway open to all residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and DC, 18 or older, excluding employees and immediate family of The Gary Rosenthal Collection.  One standard entry per person plus five optional entries.  ARV of prize $100.  Winner will be chosen using random.org on June 30, 2011.

We love Gary's pieces because they uniquely enhance the beauty of (hiddur) mitzvahs for which they are used. We have given, as well as received, beautiful and meaningful gifts of several very special pieces. We especially love Gary's work because of the many wonderful projects he generously sponsors for the community.

We received several pieces of Gary's collection as wedding gifts years ago. They still grace our home with beauty and peace.

We know that when we give a piece of "Gary Rosenthal" Jewish art as a gift, it is something we can give that will be happily received.

I truly love your work and have an ever growing collection of pieces. My very favorite is a shabbat candleholder that I bought for my daughter on the secondary market. It is made from nails with a large copper star of david in the center. I also have many of your early sculptural pieces that were done in the eighties as well as current ones such as the Bat Mitzvah girl with the lovely glass. This menorah looks like a combination of the deco menorah and the heart collection. Keep creating!

Most religions are viewed through the art that is inspired by their culture, teachings and beliefs. Judiasm has found the artist that translates our jewish culture, teachings and beliefs into wonders of art, that being Gary Rosenthal.
Gary, thank you for your 'vision' of what our jewish world of celebrations, customs and traditions means to us. I enjoy all of your pieces that I both use and display.

I have collected over 20 of Gary's pieces in the past 15 years. I love them and people always comment on their beauty. My favorite piece is my tiered Passover plate. I can't wait to make my next purchase.

I have collected Gary Rosenthal creations and everyone who sees them is awed by his talent and creativity. I have given his works as gifts and they have been loved. I have had the pleasure of meeting Gary, and even working with him and his staff, and the staff and he are jewels as his creations are
